4. Establishment of Doctor-Patient Relationship

A doctor-patient relationship with Njinsky IVF and Fertility Centre is established only when:

No relationship is formed simply by visiting our website, submitting online inquiries, or viewing informational material.

5. No Guarantee of Medical Outcomes

Njinsky IVF and Fertility Centre provides treatments according to internationally accepted medical standards and protocols. However:

• We do not guarantee that any treatment will result in pregnancy, live birth, or successful medical outcome.
• Success rates vary and depend on multiple factors including but not limited to: age, fertility history, underlying medical conditions, lifestyle factors, embryo quality, laboratory variability, and chance.
• Treatment risks including failure to conceive, miscarriage, complications from procedures, and side effects from medications are an inherent part of assisted reproductive treatments.
• You understand and accept that medical services inherently involve known and unknown risks and that outcomes are not guaranteed.

6. Medical Risks and Complications Acknowledgement

By using our Services or undergoing any treatments at Njinsky IVF, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Medical and surgical procedures carry risks, including but not limited to infection, bleeding, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, medication side effects, and adverse reactions.
• Laboratory procedures, including gamete and embryo handling, are subject to biological variability and technical risk (e.g., freezing/thawing failure, fertilization failure, implantation failure).

• External vendors (e.g., diagnostic labs, pharmacies, courier services for biological material) are independent and outside Njinsky IVF’s direct control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Njinsky IVF and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:
